Nagash Diallo, new partner of Welcome Africa.
Nagash Diallo, new partner of Welcome Africa.

Welcome Africa adds to its team of collaborators Nagash Diallo, artist, author and social and cultural anthropologist, whose life and professional trajectory embodies many of the complexities of migrant identities in Europe today.

Son of the Senegalese diaspora and born in Spain, Diallo has lived from within the contradictions of being considered a "foreigner" in his own country. Today, settled between the French Haute-Savoie and Geneva, he writes from the real experience of migration, combining life, analysis and commitment in every line.

Trained in Social Anthropology at the University of Barcelona, Nagash has worked in various fields: from hospitality to politics, cultural activism, artistic creation and writing. His work brings together identity, inequality, dignity and everyday resistance. Under the alias RebelX23, he channels his artistic and musical proposal, with a narrative approach that mixes social awareness, creative ambition and a view from the margins.

As a contributor to Welcome Africa, Nagash Diallo will contribute texts with honesty, context and depth, from experience and analysis, seeking to dismantle clichés, amplify silenced voices and build bridges between generations and cultures. His first article, which is already published in the Opinion.

His incorporation reinforces the commitment of this medium with a critical, young and rooted in the realities that rarely make the headlines, but that mark the pulse of the present.
