The Women for Africa Foundation is launching a new edition of the Learn Africa Canarias scholarships, a distance learning programme aimed at young African women with university studies. The initiative, supported by the Government of the Canary Islands, seeks to promote the professional development of the participants through specialised courses, Spanish language teaching and academic programmes taught between July and November 2025.
Applicants must be female residents of African countries and must be enrolled in or have a university degree from an institution on the continent. The application process will remain open until 30 June, and all detailed information can be found on the programme's official website.
With this call, the Canary Islands consolidates its commitment to equal opportunities and the strengthening of capacities in the African sphere, supporting education as a means for shared progress.
