Namibian President Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah paid a two-day working visit to Tanzania, where she was received with honours by President Samia Suluhu Hassan. This trip marks Nandi-Ndaitwah's first international mission since assuming the office of head of state in March 2025, making history as Namibia's first female head of state.

During the talks, both women leaders agreed on the need to deepen regional integration and promote more inclusive models of governance.
