welcomeafrica.org is present on four continents, with 42,000 unique users and more than 2 million hits.

The portal www.welcomeafrica.org, specialising in disseminating positive news from Africa, which in its first nine months of life has 42,000 unique users and more than 2 million hits, already has a significant number of followers in Europe, Africa, America and China.

The top six countries in terms of readership are, in this order: Spain, the United States, Kenya, Norway, France and Ethiopia.

The African countries most followed by the 24/7 radio station, the positive news from the continent and the analysis of prestigious contributors, are Kenya, Ethiopia, Morocco, Senegal, Ivory Coast and Equatorial Guinea.

In Europe, the largest number of readers are, in this order, Spain, Norway, France, Germany, the United Kingdom, Ireland, the Netherlands, Italy, Belgium and Switzerland.

In the Americas, in this order, the following countries have shown great interest in positive news from the African continent: the United States, Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, Canada, Ecuador and Chile.

The interest www.welcomeafrica.org has aroused in China is striking.

Welcome Africa is an initiative of Bara Bara Comunicación, supported with its own funds, which during these nine months has added the support and collaboration of CEOE-Tenerife, Grupo Hospiten, Ayuntamiento de Las Palmas de Gran Canaria and Caixabank.
